Will i be able to work in superdrug?

Okay so i've not long been out of hospital having taken a serious OD and i've just got a job working in pharmacy of superdrug. I haven't worked in ages. At the moment i haven't had to disclose anything but i have told my CMHT that i have the job and they are worried about my safety. Also i have marks all over my arms and i'm worried superdrug will start questioning me. I have taken 4 OD's that have been recorded and have also been described as being highly impulsive. Do you think if superdrug did find out they would stop me from working there? I'm worried that the CMHT will see it as there duty of care to tell superdrug?
