This question is about diet and fitness.?
im leaving for basic training in 2 months, ive been preparing for it, i recently vamped up my workouts to 6 days a week at my local YMCA startting at 530 am to normally around noon i take like 3 workout cles a day, and then i do a ton more cardio on my on and weight training...but since i only have a chace to workout in the morning that leaves me with my whole day....and i hate eating anything after i workout but im hungry, but i feel like if i do eat then all that hardwork was a waste, what are some good healthy alternative snacks?? or food ideas. please help! haha
