Yea he likes you. Three ways I know. 1st he's complimenting your name and trying to make jokes about it to make you laugh. 2nd friends usually know when a guy likes you because they see what you don't. 3rd why would a guy be looking at you if he didn't like you? What I usually do is ask about homework or for something. Or maybe you could go up to your brother while he's talking to this guy and ask your brother something and if your brother says I don't know or whatever ask the guy your question. Just think of absolutely anything that would be a good conversation starter. Also if you listen to god he'll give you the words to say to him. Good Luck! :)
