Is there any way to pword-protect my finder folders for Macintosh?

Pretty easy in mac. Go to APPLICATIONS/UTILITIES/DISK UTILITY. click on NEW IMAGE+. name it and select encryption and add a desired pword. Make sure to uncheck save to keychain. This will create a disk image in which you can drop files to be kept behind a pword. Only the pword can open the image. Hope this helps
