Service/ army disability ?

ok so i just came to the conclusion that i wanted to go to The services an there is a slight problem i wanted to see where i can go to sign up for the service. next i have a disability which i will explain when i was born i had a mild stroke that affected my left side of my body so its a lot smaller an weaker then my right side i also walk with a slight limp but physically i think i can do it im not as strong an my coordination on my left side is not so good but i can lift a lot but as much as i want to go the physical part is stopping me from going i would love to go to the service but don't know if i can with what i got can anyone help me out thanks
