Experience with second babies?

Okay, I had a c section March of 2006 due to my daughter being breech. I was scheduled for the section at 38 weeks 1 day, well my water just broke out of nowhere at 37 weeks 4 days. She was healthy, and things were perfect. I am now 32 weeks pregnant with another girl. My OB wants to schedule a c section at 39 weeks, no earlier. I am so scared that I will have her earlier than that, around the same time I had my first. I will say, with my first, I never had contractions, and no labor, I was not even thinned or dilated, my water just broke. I had a cervix check saturday by my OB and he said my cervix was long, closed, and very posterior, which is good right? Should I be worried about going into labor early, because my first was before 39 weeks? Yes, it matters to me because all of my family lives over an hour away, and we would have to wait for someone to get up here to watch our daughter. When did you girls have your first and second?
