How do i get his attention?

im a freshman and i kinda like a senior at school. it started a while ago at band camp when he started play picking on me...the band has a game called crotch tag and thats what it started with. he crotch tagged me so many times so when he would come up to say something to me id go the opposite direction and hed chase me around...after a while he started creeping up behind me making this really loud noise he always does and he would scare me. he left a note on my desk in science a few months ago that said hey :D love ****** im in the science cl right after his and we have the same seat so i always go in to put my books down and to see him for a few seconds. we have band together and i have caught him looking at me when we play. i get erflies when he walks past me in the halls too. my best friend gave me his number but i am scared to text him . afterall he is 3 years older than me. we went to chicago for band 2 weeks ago and the WHOLE time he was flirting with me. the 1st night down there we ate at a burger place and we were throwing french fries at eachother. then we went to a play and he was once again chasing me around the lobby like a creeper but i was laughing and so was he. i cant tell if he likes me or not. when we went to the zoo my friend kalene asked if i wanted to be in her group (still in chicago) the group was all seniors and one freshman (me) while we were there it started raining so we went into a place with a jungle gym looking thing that you could lay in. i crawled in one of the tiny spaces and layed down and he came up and layed on the platform above me and looked at me and smiled then asked how we got down. i laughed and said figure it out on your own and crawled down. hes on the yearbook team at school and hes always taking pictures of me too....the thing is, at the bluegr concert we had to go to for band he laid his head on my friend melanies shoulder (she has a boyfriend so i know they arent dating) but it made me really jealous. i just want to get his attention without making it really obvious that i have a crush on him. HELPP!! :(
