Physics: Refraction at a Spherical Surface simple problem?

I'll give you a hint. Light travels a little slower (n = c/v) in water (n=1.33). Light is slowed by a factor of 1.33, so the distances appear reduced by the same factor. At normal incidence, by the way, there should be no refraction of course.
