Which is Better: MLB.TV or MLB Extra Innings?

I want to watch Phillies games. MLB.TV is on a smaller screen and I hope it will actually work ok on my computer, and we are positive there will be no blackout restrictions for our area and Phillies games. It is $90. Or I could pay $160 to get MLB Extra Innings, which I could watch on my wide screen TV. Only problem: we once bought it and they blackouted the Phillies games in our area, and if they blacked out Phillies games they won't let me refund it. Do I pay less money to get MLB.TV on my computer only which will hopefully work fine, or take a risk and spend more to watch the games on my TV, with the possibilty the Phillies games are blacked out?
