Pleas help me?

have had trouble eating 3 weeks today and was sick 3 weeks ago for 3 weeks and now i feel gasy still and when i force myself to eat i feel really full and ill vomit if i keep going and last night i slept on my left and i sleep on my right everynight always did and today insted of the gas being mainly on the right it was in the middl an left does this happen with swollen lymphnodes in the stomach thats what all the doctors say and see frome the infection also with sleeping on the oposite side i woke up with a herendise burning in my bowels and stomach and the bm brned my rectum it just burned and felt very hot tempature
