Wife took away my full set of dentures?

Well the reason is she says all I eat is fast foods and juck food . She won't give them back to me til I show her I will eat healthy. How am I going to eat?? It is humilating with no teeth and I have a job also I am 40 look like I am 70 . Well I can't find them and what can I eat that won't hurt my gums ? Please any help will be greatful thanks
