Why wont my 92 Nissan start every time?

1st the battery died.Had battery tested and its good. Cleaned terminals on battery and starter and both are clean and tight.Had starter tested and its good. Power is getting to the starter. Crossed screw driver across starter post to solenoid post and car turned over, and started again several times. 2 days later it wont start again! You hear a single click in starter area when it wont start. Im lost from here!
