When I log in my browser gives me a run time error and asks if I want to debug, what is that?

Open IE, Tools/Internet-Options/Advanced/"Disable Script Debugging". That will fix the "Do you want to debug" message but it won't fix the runtime error. The runtime error, in general, is an error generated during the time at which the computer is running a software application and experiences an issue. Without knowing more about this error i can't help but usually all you need is to clear the browser cache,restart IE and it may fix it. Check the IE extensions or add-ons like Google toolbar or something like that, these apps may give you the same error. Just uninstall them.
