What is this stupid thing?

My daughter has been talking about some kind of Dora horse and cart thing. I have no freakin clue what she's talking about. I know they have a new Dora horse stable. What is the horse and cart though? Her birthday is coming up and I would like to know what it is. If I ever find out, I may possibly get it for her...lol. Can anyone help me out with this?
