What are the downfalls of drinkin diet coke all of the times?

I drink nothing but coke zero every day, I hate water, can't stand the stuff, too hard to choke down. So I was wondering what the downfalls were to drinking only coke zero, diet coke and other drinks of the sort on a daily basis. Thanks
