Help apologizing to my girlfriend?

I say if she is that up in arms and argumentative, then dump her. If you don't want to dump her, then just leave her alone until she calms down, and if you do that there is a chance she'll learn that she can't always start crap and expect you to drop everything to fix you relationship. Love is a two way street so she needs to do her share.
