2nd Date + Hot Tub...Is he trying to play me?

This guy (age 25) and I (age 23) got together for drinks a couple weeks ago. It went wonderfully! Now he's invited me over to his place to soak in his hot tub (and drink wine). How likely is it that he's trying to be romantic versus setting up an atmosphere that leads to you-know-what? On our first date, we just did lots of talking and nothing physical besides a goodnight kiss.
