I don't think so. I have ever been there, and it happened when i was 14, too. I think your daily diet is good enough for a growing teenager. My diet was more extreme--I didn't take any carbs and my calories intake was only about 400 per day. I didn't have my period for about 3.5 mts. I was so frightened but my doctor said it caused by stress and hormonal change in my body. I think nothing's wrong in your diet--the weight loss was caused by the exercises. You've gotta add up some more nutritious food, maybe 2 gles of milk everyday so you will not lose your weight too much. Just be careful when you are exercising--don't let it be overlimit. Colostrum & Second Baby?

My husband & I currently trying to get pregnant with our second child. Our first is 6 months old. I plan to be feeding him still by the time our second child is born. Since I will already be producing milk, does that mean I won't make colostrum? Will my second child miss out on that nutrient & antibody rich pre-milk? And if I do make colostrum, will my first get it too? This probably seems like a stupid question, but I'm just confused by the idea.

you can not push the speed of light. Although there is a theory about UFOs that they have an element that is super dense known as element 115. This is a very scifi theory but may be true and may work. The atoms in element are so dense that it bends space and time as we know it. Einsteins theory says that any m can not travel faster than the speed of light. With this super dense element if it is out there... will allow us to actually have a m of 0 and travel as fast as the speed of light and even faster. This is not proved though.

I feel ugly because of my acne scar?

My face... I have a lot of acne scars, especially up my forehead and cheeks. I feel...ugly because of this...I try to get over it by focusing on my other strengths. I got a new haircut with bangs, applied eyelash extension to make myself look doll-like, wore girl clothes, work out gym, i now have a 23 waistline! BUT...my face. whenever i look at my face, especially when there's fluorescent light highlighting all the pocket holes. I really really get sad. This is pretty much taking a toll on my self-esteem no matter how hard i try to cope with it. I look at other girls around me and I hate that I can't pull up my hair and wear ponytail and not look tired and matured even though I am only 23. I feel men can't like me because of this. We have always liked the name Adelaide for a girl. The problem is the last name is adams. I know we would end up calling her Addy and I don't think Addy Adams sounds good together, but I think Adelaide Adams is a strong name. What do you think?
